Terms and Conditions – 388min Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 388min platform, including the website at 388min.win and any associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit or playing any game on 388min, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

388min reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan players and are intended to be read in that context. If there is any ambiguity, the interpretation most consistent with the platform's stated purpose — providing online gaming entertainment to adult Pakistan players — shall apply.

To use 388min, you must register a player account. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, email address and, where requested, identity and payment verification documents.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 388min. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 388min may request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts confirmed to belong to users under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance held will be voided.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted one active account on 388min. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 388min reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses and withhold any winnings accumulated through the duplicate accounts.

Account security: You are fully responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You should not share your account details with anyone. 388min will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Registration is free — no fees are charged for opening an account.
• You must use your own identity and payment details. Accounts registered in another person's name are not permitted.
• 388min may verify your identity at registration or before processing your first withdrawal.
• Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

All deposits and transactions on 388min are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 388min supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The available payment channels are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Deposits are typically credited to your 388min balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the channel used. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 388min does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error or duplicated accidentally should be reported to support as soon as possible.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and approved mobile wallets. Card withdrawals are subject to the card provider's own processing rules.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 388min may require identity verification. This typically involves confirming your name, date of birth and the payment account you intend to use. Providing accurate information at registration makes this step straightforward. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held until the process is complete.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. VIP members receive queue priority depending on their tier — Silver, Gold and Diamond accounts are processed ahead of standard queue.
• Withdrawals must be to an account registered in your own name. Transferring winnings to a third-party account is not permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Where a withdrawal request is under review, 388min may request supporting documentation. Failure to provide this within the stated timeframe may result in the request being cancelled.

Wagering requirements: Every bonus on 388min carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) that must be reached through real-money gameplay before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and converted to withdrawable funds only when the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; Live Casino games, Fish Games and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.

388min uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for Slots and automated games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. • All bets must be placed using available real-money or bonus balance. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a round, 388min reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your balance.

To maintain fairness and integrity for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on 388min. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game mechanics in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — if you identify a bug that results in an unintended advantage, you are required to report it to support. Knowingly exploiting such a bug voids any associated winnings.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players at Live Casino tables or in any game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or financial crime — using the 388min platform to process funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent any account restriction.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been credited and used for gameplay. 388min will treat chargebacks as a breach of these Terms and suspend the account pending investigation.

388min is committed to providing gaming as entertainment for adults. The platform is not intended as a source of income, and players should set a PKR budget before every session and stick to it. If gaming stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your daily life, finances or relationships, it is time to step back.

• Set a realistic PKR deposit limit that fits your entertainment budget before you start playing.
• Set a session time limit and honour it — time can pass quickly during gameplay.
• Never chase losses. Each game session is independent; past losses do not affect future outcomes.
• Do not play when you are stressed, tired, or under the influence of substances that affect your judgement.

You may close your 388min account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

388min reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without any login or transaction activity.
• Identity verification documents have not been provided within a stated deadline.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has been confirmed.

Where an account is closed by 388min due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned unless the account closure is related to confirmed fraud, money laundering or a chargeback dispute.

388min provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain consistent uptime, 388min does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access.

388min's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the immediately preceding 30-day period. 388min is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings.

• 388min is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• 388min is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network issues outside its direct control.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer operations and are not subject to manipulation by 388min.

388min may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

If you continue to use 388min after the effective date of updated Terms, you are considered to have accepted the changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your real-money balance will be returned to you as described in Section 10.
